Well I have lots of experience with graphics but I'm still learning. Since I am a member of 5 sites and an admin in 3 sites and work in real life I don't have a lot of time on my hands. It'll take me 3 days at the most to make your signature or avatar. I only do signatures and avatars and possibly affiliates, nothing else. The avatars are usually 100 x 100 and the signatures range in size. Here are some examples of my work:
